Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than a third party, so opening a page sends no request to anyone else. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the location and type of your project, and your description of it. Nothing is collected from you otherwise.

The form also records the moment the page loaded and includes a field that people leave empty. Both exist to filter automated submissions and neither identifies you.

What we do with it

An enquiry goes to Urban Roots Architecture Ltd’s own project management system and is read by the practice. We use it to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to set up your project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Email is sent through Postmark, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. Hosting is provided by Vercel and data is stored with Supabase. Each is a processor acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a project is deleted within twelve months. Records relating to work we carry out are kept for as long as our professional indemnity insurance requires, which is longer.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@urarchitecture.co.ukand we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
